Bad Boys II Last nite I went to see this movie with my son Jose-Pablo. He really wanted to see it, and me being easy going :>, complied. We went to the 10:05 show at Jack London's. Yes, it had some funny moments, some good chase scenes, but oveall it was boring . It had too much swearing, special effects for no reason at all, and it was 2 1/2 hour long plus the commecials that they now include in the movies. Jose? He liked it of course, and it was his first R rated movie in the theater. We had a good time.

I had a good time with the kids today. We were invited by our friends Rosa and Roberto Pinena and their 3 children. They had a wonderful barbacue. Ribs, fish, salads, guacamole, wine, cosmopolitans.. It was a pleasant afternoon. It was a sunny day, a nice day how it should be in life. Simple things, good friends, good vibrations. Sounds easy but it is not.

There's no feeling like having my 4 year old wanting to go to sleep on my bed. We went, and the beautiful thing fell asleep right away. As the Mastercard commercial, says, priceless. Of course, this was after she insisted on playing the drums for me. She had composed a new song. The drums set is a Roland V-Drums. As Jose-Pablo would say, nice.

Had a great time with the kids yesteday. We ate at a taqueria on Valencia and 17th in the city, and then we went over to Golden Gate Park and rented a bike for the four of us. It was, as my kids would say, heck a fun, and quite the workout. Easier to go down, but not so easy to go back up. I wanted to get a pedal boat, but I could not built enough consensus about that. When your kids age range from 12 to 4 is not so easy to find that sweet spot. We did go on some swings and slides in order to give Fabi some fun.
